looking for blank engine covers

    hello,
    i'm looking for blank engine covers to work with (no yamaha logos/scripts etc). is there such a part (aftermarket or yamaha) to fit my 82 750?

    may be possible to take a stocker, fill it in with metal filler, then sand and paint.

    From a non yics 650, not sure which model got some for mine from us ebay. There are still little variations in plain covers tho.

    it is possible to find one .

    I do think that the non YICS covers are plain. You should be able to find some at the bone yard.

    Yep. At least on the 650 Seca and earlier Maxims they are.

    80-81 650 NON-YICS covers.

    as well as

    Are a direct replacement for the 82-83 550/650/750 YICS covers.
