Thought I'd post some photos of the damages of my accident.

No real reason just a little reminder to slow down and not try to keep up with the Ducati in front of you through the canyon twistys.

Well, Heck.....we could have told you that if you had asked, and you would have avoided the whole thing!

    Seriously, though, glad you're ok.

What canyon were you in? Really helps if you know the road well. Someone on an older bike can really give fits to the guys on newer bikes if he knows the road and his motorcycles limitations.

CA-2 not sure if it really qualifies as a canyon, more just a mountain road, but a lot of the roads up there have canyon in the name. I ride that road once a week or so. That's the day I learned the limitations of the bike. I was all the way over going about 60+ when the peg started to drag, then it caught just a little. I went from riding around the turn to sliding around the turn. I thought I had that turn nailed right up until I started rolling down the road after my bike. I realized last week when I went up the first time since I went down that turn is recommended for 25mph. I'm 31 on a 29 year old bike I have no reason to be going that fast. It's just irresponsible.
