    Hi everyone,
I joined this forum a couple of months ago but this will be my first posting other than the introduction. Mostly I've been letting Mutt ask the questions since he's been working on my '82 Seca. I rode her out for the first time yesterday, also my actual first street riding experience ever, definitely vastly different from the MSF course especially the part where I had to start uphill which they don't teach you in the MSF course. I'm really excited now that I have my own bike to practice on actual streets, then there's the whole dealing with traffic issue. Anyhow, I'm riding!

    Here's my question:
The lock storage compartment cover is missing, are there any resources online where I can find such a part? It's not a necessity, but it'll sure be nice to have. Thanks!

Mine did not have cover either, I eneded up making one. using cardboard to cut out shape, then traced to a piece of sheet metal, attatched two small cabnit hinges (from hardware store). to keep closed just used a small bolt on side of compartment and a small bungee, similar to a hood hold down on snowmobiles. not lockable but keeps things in LOL
