I have a bike plus extra parts I'm parting.

    It's a 1982-83 XJ650 Maxim USA: 5N8.

Mostly complete. Tank is dented bad and seems to have some rust inside. I do not know the condition of the motor.

All parts are make offer pricing. You need it and I have it we'll make a deal.

If you're close and want to look at parts first let me know.

I've got several fenders, crash bars, two grab bars, tail lights a complete engine 4-1 exhaust. A stock seat and a king/queen seat with backrest pan only.

Hey! Does the TCI/CDI (or whatever it's called at the moment) work and is it compatible with a 750's?

I don't know. I could plug it in to my bike and see if it works. Check your number tag on the box itself and I'll check this one then we'll compare.

Also the wiring seems to be mostly unmolested except new ends at an original fuse box. If you're still looking for that.

I am, I would just need to know what to bypass for the safety relays/switches I no longer have. I'll get you the numbers for the ignitor after work...PM me a price for both. Thanks again!

Ha well depends on what's gonna cost less. I think I can swing it myself, but you'll be the first guy I call to come fix it lol.

...and since I'm here I'll mention that I happened to brush my hand near one of the bolts that attach the starter motor to the case and it spun a little...so I tried tightening it back up, but it kept spinning...of course I could pull it right out and half way it was snapped off and the other half is now stuck into the case.

That's what I've got. I plugged it in to my bike when I got back from my ride this morning. Fired right up and ran just the same as the one I unplugged.

I've also got the wiring harness in a pile for you.

Shoot me a PM with an offer.

For your broken starter bolt, that's going to be a pain. They go down into the case. I'm not sure what I'd do there.

    Ok update.

    TCI and wiring-gone
    4-1 exhaust-gone
    crash bar-gone

Everything else still available. Make an offer. I want this stuff to go and to help other XJ owners. So tell me what you need and what you want to pay for it.
