I have an air box in great condition that was on an 81 Maxim. It's in great shape except for a few scratches from removing it, it doesn't have any holes or cracks. It has the side chrome "650" trim on it thats still shiny with no pitting. It also has a fairly new K&N filter. I also have the piece that goes behind/under the air box. I don't know what it's called but it's hallow and just sits there, I'm assuming it's just a filler. I've included a few pictures in the link. The boots have been sold. Make me an offer.

I opened the thread hoping you wanted one.....

But that little piece under the box is not a filler. It holds a chain that would have been used to lock the rear wheel. My parts bike has this original chain and it was pushed in to that box and attached to the frame right infront of it.

Do you still have the airbox? I am willing to buy or trade.
