Anybody know anything about these? From all the searches ive done i cant find a cb350 with those handle bars. And now it could be just broken off but there is no turn signals. My dad's 71' norton didn't come with turn signals is it possible that this one didn't either?

It should have turn signals. My guess is the handle bar may have been swapped with the dirt bike equivalent of the CB

In any case, I would see if he might take around $150

I think the horn is installed on one of the signal locations.

That one looks VERY rough. I'd proceed cautiously.

I agree with Carl; as always see if you can get a compression test.

Those aren't the original bars (at least not for that bike.)

As for turn signals, it came with them, what's on there aren't right.

But there are also a whole bunch of other things that aren't right; I'm pretty sure it's not a '70. The fuel tank is the later style (the '70 was shaped differently) and the front disc brake, rubber fork boots and style of front fender/braces all make it out to be at least a '73. Prior to '73 the 350s had drum front brakes.

The Nortons didn't come with turn signals until 1974 when they became required. They were available as an "option" from around '71~'72 on.

Well with the help of our friend Yammadof, im getting it for $125. I should be getting the VIN number for it today so i can figure out what exactly it is. Unfortunately it is about 4 hours away from me and I cant get down there to pick it up, which is where Yammadof comes in. Thanks again Yammadof.

If any body has any other information on these bikes, what to watch out for, things I should change from stock even if somebody knows some pro's about it, I'd like to hear it

Hey. Bob: this is my fIrst look at the CB.......the tank / frontend and bars are all non stock......no disc on a 70...not even on a 73. Front mud guard is stock ...I think it may be a wheel off a later model. I'm hoping that the front wasn't trashed in a collision.........All cb350 s had indicators. Can't do a compression test for ya, but will give it the evil eye and see what we have....I think your best bet will be total strip / rebuild cafe racer.......I will phone you if the motors seized or the frame is shot......on first glance is looks like a money pit...... Ive already taken a look at parts on ebay and they seem relitivly cheap. handle bars for 40, gas tank for 40. even heads and other large engine parts were pretty cheap. pretty sure i can do it for under 1000

Bingo! I do believe that one matches, including the silly cross-braced bars.

judging by the the angle of the instrument panel it is not EXACTLY the same as the green on you got there Dave. But that could be adjustable. I guess we'll know soon enough when we get th VIN number

Here is a pic of my old 72 cl scrambler you can see what the bars look like it has the crossbar. I looked at a pic of my old 69 cb350 can't tell if it has the crossbar or not . The turn signals should look like these both of mine had the same turn signals. Dont want to make you feel bad i bought this bike for $100 bucks it sat for about 10 years.
That bike is a total mismatch of parts front end is off a 74 or 5 here is a pic of a 70 i redid about 20 years ago
