Can someone tell me if the frame on the Maxim and the Seca are the same? If not can I put the tank of a Seca on a maxim without major mod?

Frames are NOT the same; the tank will physically go on but its lines won't exactly correspond with those of the frame. It'll "sit funny."

Well, there's always a way to make a square peg fit in a round hole, it just won't look like it fits clean.

The Seca tank will fit. It just doesn't sit on the Maxim frame at the same angle as it does on the Seca.

You would need to graft the whole upper portion of a Seca frame onto the lower portion of a Maxim frame, then buy all the Seca panels and seat.

    Or just say "no"

It's much easier to simply sell the maxim and buy a Seca
