exhaust question

    just wondering if exhaust off xj650 will fit xj750 do not care if if exact fit as long as header pipes fit

    I assume you are referring to 4 to 2 systems?

    I tried it the other way a long time ago. 750 on a 650. Biggest difference is the collector box is one unit connecting 4 headers to 2 mufflers on a 750. The collector on 650 is two pipes connected underneath, each connecting 2 headers seperately. I know that the 750 collector was too wide restricting the sidestand return position.

    since it's the other way around, I don't see why it shouldn't work. however, I haven't tried. just sharin my experience. sure someone who has tried this will help

    yes, i want to buy after market but the one i like is for xj650 and it is cheaper thanks for the info
