    So I am spending the day tearing down my parts bike and you'll never guess what I found in the air filter........... It was filled with pot unbagged oily greasy pot, and what I assume is left of an old matchbook....... What the hell goes through people heads

    No, the guy hid his stash in there, and forgot about it.

    The oil/fuel vapors from the breather disintegrated and "evaporated" the BAG, leaving that which they couldn't dissolve behind-- the weed and the matchbook cover.

    Makes perfect sense, except for the hiding the pot in the air filter to begin with...

    I usually just find corn kernels, seeds, turds, and other signs of mice. Maybe the pot was so bad the mice only ate the bag?

    Dang I thought it was gonna be another rodent hotel! Dude was being clever and trying to hide his stash because he was going somewhere with a heavy fuzz presence. Or he was a big pothead and truly loved his bike and thought 'why not share?'

    Wonder what the government would say about those emissions? No converter for THC.
