Carburetor part wanted

    I have an 81 xj650 and it was missing the choke cable.
    I am looking to find out if there is a bracket that bolts on top of the carb to hold the choke cable in place.
    If anyone has one of them then please let me know.

    If no one responds by tomorrow I will take a look after work at my 650, I have an extra set of carbs, if it has it, ill sell it to ya

    If it's the same on an xj550 Seca, I have a complete carb available and would separate out the bracket for you. Anyone know?

    I'm not too sure which parts are interchangeable from the 550 to 650.

    Get the parts from 650-750 HITACHI Maxim or Seca, '80 - '83, and possibly the '85 - '86 700's

    But not the 550's

    The 550 carbs are different from the 650/750 ones.
