Added 2.65 liters like the manual said but when i look at the site glass it is filled up, shouldn't it be in the middle? Will this change when I run the bike? I haven't started it after.

    Thanks

    Which bike?
If it's the 650 (capacity 2500cm3) then 2650cm3 would put you at the top of the sight glass, maybe over the glass.

    And which manual?
The Haynes has the capacities you should start with printed incorrectly.
You should start with the capacity printed on the case, then after a circulating run and cooldown, add 100-200cc to get it up toward the top of the glass.

It shouldn't. let it run to circulate the oil for a few minutes and check for leaks. Then shut it down and check the glass again after about ten minutes. It should be not quite at the top of the glass.

ive always put 2.65 litres in mine if im doing a filter change (which i do every oil change anyway) and never had a problem , oil level usually sits near the little semi circle bit at the top of the site glass..

Oh ok , I seem to have been mistaken. I thought it was suposed to be near the middle of the sight glass.
