A hearty XJ welcome to you James, I'm glad to hear we might be of assistance. You may wish to visit our search link and look up Seca Front Brake in our archives, there have been several recent threads on this topic. Good luck and throw out any questions you might have!

Howdy...and welcome! You're not too far away from Land O' Lincoln. We don't get too bent outta shape if you get a little off-topic here. What a great bunch of guys on this forum! Anyway, let us know if you have any questions we can help with!

cool war yea we can go riding but as of right now im having some problems getting gas to the carbs ( this one worries me) and front brakes freezing up on me(the brakes dont ill pull em off before i let them stop me from riding)
but id love to ride with you guys if this weather ever gets warm again april 6th and snowing what a joke lol thanks for the welcome captiankirk been to chicago many many times have relitives in elgin ( not far outside of chigago)

war old bikebarn has the yamaha mirrors i think their like 15 bucks a piece if i remember correctly give em a look.gages may be connectors or the fuse box itself thats the one things thats not original on my bike everything else is as far as i can see. i made a neat little box and have the modern blade type fuses in it you may want to consider it if you havent already(even if thats not the problem i bet it will become one at some point)and its super easy to do ill even help you if you want. cost you about 10 bucks for materials.

The fuses are good... MiCarl and I looked them over when trying to get it running again... I should go out to the garage and look at it today. Mirrors I have a lead on, but Old Bike Barn is the bomb.
