Life moves on

I guess the only relationship to my bikes is that while riding my turbo one afternoon in Jan, it finally dawned on me that my GF's habit of telling stupid lies, wasn't going to change....so I broke up with her for the final time and asked her to move out and she moved back to OH with her family. 25 texts a day and countless phone calls finally brought a letter from me tell her to stop, thankfully, it did. I waited almost a week before setting off to find someone else, and against all odds, three days later found Kerry, although 10 years younger then myself, she's smart, genuine, beautiful, appreciates old school romance, well educated and self reliant....perfect for me. The downside is that she lives 50 miles away.

Last night I called her on her cell instead of at home after she had texted that she had to run out. She answers the phone and asks me if I saw my "surprise", I said no, what surprise and she tells me to check on my front porch, it was supposed to have been delivered at 7pm (it was 7:19)....I opened the door and there she was! She had come all the way over just to surprise me. When I woke this morning at 3am to shower and get ready for work, I looked down at that beautiful woman fast asleep in my arms that I was so lucky to find and just looked up and said "thanks". This girl my friends, is a keeper!!

Riding can have some of the best unintended results!

Thanks guys....yes, I really lucked into finding a really sweet woman. The old GF and I had planned on it being the last love of our lives but she would lie about the dumbest things. She never realized that everytime she lied, it was like a dagger into my heart, finally it dawned on me that A. she wasn't going to change and B.I would never marry a liar. So, even though she didn't have a cheating bone in her very sexy body, I said goodbye....I sure was angry at first as I went through the stages of grief. Now, I only feel sorry for her.

Kerry is as wonderful as they come. She's smart as heck, a huge turnon for me, loves the outdoors as much as I do, is very much a "giver" as I am, absolutely beautiful inside and out and frankly, I'm crazy about her....very, very cool! Sometimes we get super lucky and meet that person that we just feel "right" with...she's it.

Oh Mwhite---it's just a pic I found one day....I used to tease guys who commented by saying it was my daughter and not to make comments...but my girls are much prettier!!!
