    Hey All,

Spring looks like it will soon be here eh? I was just wondering if there was anything i should look out for before upgrading to stainless lines? I have new crush washers, torque wrench, etc... I think I'm all set, but was there any tricks i should know? I guess one tip would be not to tighten everything up all at once for obvious reasons, that and cover anything up that you don't want the brake fluid to eat :D. Thanks for any tips, will try to take some pictures.

A mighty vac could make your life alot easier. so much quicker to bleed the brakes. Also get a nice set of lines. Stainless steel fittings on the lines and probably banjo bolts as well. I just got a decent set from speedlinez and they fit ok. A swivel end would have made them perfect but for the price i can deal with it.

    Thanks guys,

Yep I've got my set of stainless lines (black, very cool) and am all ready to start. It would've been done but the cold weather last weekend sucked all my courage away!!!

    Beat you to it. :D

You've pretty much got it covered, although as lebaron mentioned, a MityVac does wonders. Only other thing I can think of to mention (that's covered in the file) is there's a bend to each end fitting of the line -- make sure that when you put the new line on, the bend in the fitting points the same way that the old one did.
