Just got carbs rebuilt had some wiring redone as well. Bike would not start before carb work now it starts fine and sounds good but after about 15 min bike shuts down and wont fire. Turns over but no spark. Wait 5 min and it will start then in another 10-15 min it dies.wtf overover

did you check your float levels with the clear tubing method? bench synch? also check the color of your spark plugs to make sure the fuel mixture is correct. definately sounds like a fuel related problem to me but im no expert. read through "the church of clean" if you havent already, you may find you missed something during your carb work. good luck

NO SPARK for sure? As in, took the plugs out and checked? Or it just won't fire?

Sidestand switch, neutral switch, safety relay, ignition switch, fusebox...

If it was firing, I'd say "did you check the valve clearances?" But if it's for sure not sparking, then it's electrical or ignition; and on these bikes the safety circuit components I listed are the prime suspects.

If it flooded and the plugs got wet with gas, replace them. What method did you use to set the float levels?

Try running it with the gas cap up. It could have a blocked gas cap vent. Anything else that could trigger its death, I.E. as soon as you step it ino gear?

Yes, I agree it could be a vent issue. Also, gas tank can be too full with fuel up in the filler neck.
