This will upset the purists, but I hated the square Seca headlight and got rid of it. I also welded my own midpipe and attached a sportbike exhaust since the old mufflers were toast. The pipe is off a GSXR 750 and I used scrap pipe around the shop and decided to see what it looked like. I can always go back to the megaphone look or a MAC 4-1 if I want. The headlight bucket is off a 650 and the reflector is off of EBay.

I really hate the square headlights. I don't blame you for switching to round :p. But that muffler is another story :?

LOl I thought that I would get that response. I am waiting for flame mail to appear in the photo album section.

I thought the exhaust was bad azz. definately original. It gives it a street fighter feel.

I'm thinking of using a gsxr exhaust also. Did you have any problems with the carbs?

noodle-did you notice the original post is from 2005? In response to your question about the GSX-R exhaust, if youre just gonna switch mufflers there shouldnt be a carb problem. If youre going with an aftermarket 4-2 or 4-1 there may be some re-jetting involved.

No complaints here - the Seca looks much better with the lowered, round headlight than the dual rectangulars. I also see that you converted to a bar-mounted master cylinder (also good change). Now all you need to do is go to a smaller gauge set. Smaller turn signals would look better too.

RE: GSXR exhaust - it does look too long. Maybe a different can that doesn't extend past the rear wheel would look better.
