Funny you say "mileage" then post KMs

47,000 Miles on my 750 (75k - KM) nowhere near the record.

My XJ 900 has 92000 miles on the clock,I 've just rebuilt the engine and changed the primary chain, ground in valves, changed the cam chain and cam
chain guides, and had the crankcases, block and cylinder head vapour blasted, and then repainted it all silver. It started first time at midnight in my garage and you couldn't hear the engine for me and my mate Ray whooping and hollerin :) .

My 1100 XJ rolled over 100,000 km early last spring, then added 22,800km before putting her to winter's rest in october. Just waiting for the rain to stop!

Just north of 30,000 miles on my Seca and on a somewhat unrelated bike my ZX has just over 12,000 miles. Fifteen thousand is the first valve adjustment. I wonder how much that's going to run me. And no, I won't be doing that one myself.

Time, yes we still call it 'mileage' even when it's working out km's per litre. And it is still the 'ton'even if it is 165kph.

I met a guy at the last Snowy Ride that had an old xs1100 with over 230,000 kms on the clock, not pretty ,but pulling a side car and still going strong.

Mine came with 25k+ miles, and less than a month later I'm close to having put 2000 miles on it... Hoping to add another 3500-4000 miles during April, at least, getting to Costa Rica, and another 3500-4000 miles making it back!

It's my first real bike that I can call my own, and I can't help but wonder if I'll get too attached to let it go. Since my budget is pretty thin, I might prefer just having a bike that I know has been taken care of to moving on... And after investing a lot of time getting to know the bike, learning on it... I just can't imagine parting ways with it yet.

So maybe mine will see the miles yours have, and beyond!

on the 650 I rolled over 2000 miles (this mornings' commute to work) just this year!

-sometimes its nice to have such a long rural commute, especially riding which keeps me more alert & awake.

Both bikes of mine are still young on mileage. Neither are accurate (according to titles) but generally speaking the 650 maxim has around 25k and 550 maxim has nearly 17k. Can't wait to finish her up and cruise on the 550 for even better fuel consumption this summer. I see most bikes have a LOT more miles than mine

Haha, wow. 2000 in one year is considered a lot? Puts in perspective how much my 2000 in the last month really was...

And +1 on the rural commute. We spend a huge amount of our lives commuting... And it's just a much more high quality experience on a motorcycle.
