    You should part this out. You could probably get 400 at least on the cases and rack and seat alone, and I don't know how much that fairing would go for, but I imagine not cheap... Then sell the rest as a naked bike for the same price or a little less. Make almost twice as much. I'm almost tempted to sell mine and buy yours, frankly, but it's just not my style and a bit of a liability in Mexico--it looks too nice!
