With photobucket you should be able to open an album, then put your cursor over the picture you want and all the info should come up below the pic. Now just slowly move the cursor to the box that says IMG code and left click on the letters in the box. It should say copied for just a sec, then come back to the forum and right click and choose paste.
    That should do it.
I find it best to have the forum open in one Tab and Photobucket in the tab right beside it (Windows 7 Home Premium)

    Good luck, Graham

Richard, you had the code verbiage correct. The only thing missing was to capitalize the "IMG" portion so it reads [IMG] When you use the image code link directly from photobucket, you do not have to use the little image icon for our forum thread replies. just directly paste it like Graham mentioned

try it again! and before submitting a thread post you can "Preview" the post which allows only you to view what it looks like before submitting to all other members fyi

I'm a thread squatter this morning, lol!

My picture seems a bit big, can I change its size directly in Photobucket?

I usually throw the pic in "Paint" and using "stretch/skew" I enter 25% before sending it to Photobucket.

You should limit the pic to 500 wide for easier viewing.

Thank you for the tip. I usually use Adobe photoshop Elements to modifiy my pictures, so I'll have it shrink the pictures before i put them in a Photobucket album.

    Very nice bike, BTW!

    Hey quebec
When you try and post a pic try the preview button first, if the picture appears and the size is right then hit submit.
    Bon chance!

I have had that happen a couple of times too. Posted pics, clicked on preview shows a picture, hit submit and then when the screen changes back to the forum a little red x appears. I then go back, edit the post and put the exact same [IMG]
