Hey guys. I have searched already and cannot locate a handy dandy rebuild guide for the front caliper. Can someone give me a link please?

Go to XJ4Ever Supporting vender in the forum, then look in the "Information Overload Hour". There is a good article there with pictures on page 2. Lots of other useful links about brakes as well.

I used that info for my total front brake rebuild and it worked out great. It's pretty simple. Just follow the guide and take your time. A speed bleeder really made it easy to finish with the bleeding.
I rode last weekend and it was really a nice ride. You REALLY have to watch the back roads around here more so than the hiways-idiots with cell phones are never in their lane. Maybe we can go for a ride sometime.

It is very important to ensure that the seal groove is completely clean. You have to carefully clean the groove and ensure all the crud and crusty stuff is removed. Otherwise it's a pretty straight forward job, take your time.
