    Go to suggestion box, that will give you a how to, then save your pictures with 'photobucket' or similar.

    Go to your photobucket album, move the cursor over a photo and a drop down menu will appear....click on the link that starts with 'IMG' (usually the bottom one)....it will say 'copied'...paste that link in your forum post and submit....the pic will be there.
