    When my bike was running the blinkers were on but would not blink, no horn, no headlight, and no tach. Any ideas.

    What kind of bike do you have? Does it still have the original fuse box?If so that's a good place to start... upgrade it to a new blade style fuse box. What kind of bulbs are in your turn signals? Xj's require 27w 1156 style bulbs in order to function properly.
