AUSSIE needs frame for a 900 diversion 98 model, damaged ok!

hi guys,
I just scored a mint condition xj900 from the auctions with a damaged fairing. problem is its a stat write off and will need a new frame before I can register it. so has anyone got a frame? maybe even a 95 model? mines a 98 but i think they are the same.

I'll even take a damaged frame, I dont care how bad it is as long as its NOT on the wovr (written off) register.

nope, still looking. bruce had nothing. just waiting on show and go, but i did put a call out on partfinder and Im pretty sure they answered with 'no stock'. Im dropping off some parts in sydney tomoprrow so will try some of the other wreckers then. dont really want to part the old girl out...

 

a pain in the backside trying to get parts here for older bikes,i have to get most things from the UK or the USA then you get your arsed kicked with postage cost

yep thats me! just bought another one yesterday for the frame only, so Im building 1 bike out of the 2 and selling all the other gear off...

thanks for spotting this... if anyone needs any parts just let me know as there should be a complete bike left over minus the registerabvle frame...

got the auction bike but paid too much for it. (simulcast auction so pics were not very honest!).

but at least now I have a frame and 2 bikes to make one good one from. the other I will sell complete or sell off any major parts (forks/engine/wheels etc)...

now the project begins!
