Some time back I had my wheels powdercoated. I also fitted new discs from Metalgear.com because my original ones were warped.

A few months later the familiar pulsing returned Arggggh!!! I returned them to Metal gear who then asked me if I had fitted them properly as there were some tell tale high spots. I confessed I had fitted them straight over my new powdercoating. He explained that the runout had been altered because of the varying depths of the new paint. This is so obvious when you think about it There was some tightness when I fitted them. Anyway, without any quibbling, and to my amazement, he sent me a fresh new set! Which I fitted on to my now properly prepared wheels!

A big thumbs up to Metalgear!
