Goes great when it's cold but running really rich when it's warm and spluttering like nothing else...

    I so wish I had a colourtune....

Hey Robert.... Flick me a pile of your greenbacks and you're on ;)

Wow. What a beauty. That's among the finest restos I've seen. Congratulations.

I've always wanted to try one of those 900s. I think they're the best looking XJ and the paint on yours looks better than the original color scheme.

    I'm very jealous.

Re: The XJ900 is Finally Finished

Wow. I've never even seen a picture of a 900 in that color scheme.

Is it a Euro model or something like that? Odd that the Red, White and Blue model wouldn't be sold in the US!

I believe they sold this colour scheme in Canada.... The only thing about this one is the blue frame is not original

That is "THE" Color Scheme that appeared on the ORIGINAL 2-Sided Sales Brochure.

What a Magnificent Job you have done. That kind of work shouldn't go unnoticed. I'd send out an email to Classic Bike's Magazine. You'll not find a better looking specimen on the entire Planet, I'd venture to say. Wow.

Thanks Rick.... I wish I could take all the credit, but I just finished her off :)

I wouldn't be surprised if you were right and I'm sure that with a few more dollars spent that I could get her to almost showroom condition.

I still have some things to do on her...

Want to fit progressive springs and put the original brakes on with new paint, kits and braided lines for a start...

    :)

Thanks Dispatcher.... It's amazing what can be achieved with a bit of cash, a lot of time, and a whole lot of patience :D
