Speedo/Tach Question

    I'm looking to upgrade my speedo/tach assemblies and wondered what set-ups would work with stock cables, gearing, etc.

    OK, if your speedo is mechanical, just about any 2240:1 ratio speedo should work. There are also some aftermarket electronic ones that look great and work as well. Biggest thing is do your homework on the aftermarket speedos. As far as the tach, I believe the same can be said, MOST Japanese bike tachs SHOULD work. Again, do your homework and double check as I could be wrong. I'm running a speedo from an xs650 and no tach.
