    ebay flat tracker seat unit
    home made seat
    xs500 tank
frame jigged and changed to narrow the down section under the tank and to raise the rear frame/seat tubes
    universal light
    wiring drastically reduced .
ignition / start switch on left side panel
starter button is now horn buttton
Auxhillary light button is now high beam so everything is on the right hand switch gear .
home made ally number boards/side panels
Unknown pod filters ( K&N's just didnt work but these did for some reason and transformed the bike)
runs smooth and plugs are good colour
    45 pilot jet
    126 main
needle lifted 1mm took forever to get to run right but its now lovely and smooth in all ranges
    paint by myself.

winter will require a frame coat / paint and a good engine clean but I am just going to ride it now .

Lookin' real NICE! Glad you got it tuned good. Why dirt tires? That might be a "look" you're goin' for but will they hold the road good enough???

we have the thurderbike short track ( oval) racing over here , anything goes above 500cc and I am gonna have a go on the xj. its lighter and quicker than the harley XR so it will be worth a go . gonna get it wieghed somehow as it will be a lot lighter than the standard XJ
