maxim 750 chain drive?

    is it possible to switch to chain trive id like to put a fater tire on the back? :D

    That would require a lot of fabrication and access to a machine shop. However, a member on this site (Pingu) has put wide tires on a VMAX and is currently working on a MAX. You have to modify the swingarm for the width and add a second u-joint to the shaft. Look Pingu up in the members list and send him a pm.

    Like Orange-n-black says......chain drive is a hellish amount of work. Complete casing strip,output shaft has to be replaced with a custom-made job,casings have to be machined,oilways re-routed......and then you'll be left with a bloody chain to adjust...... :lol:
