    Count me in. One idea is to have it on the 2nd Monday of July
    at Diamonds Coffee Shoppe - 1618 Central Avenue Northeast
    Minneapolis, Minnesota. The only reason I'm suggesting that is because that's also the monthly meeting for the Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club http://vjmc-mn.com/

    Just an idea. It's that's too soon, no worries. I'm easy.

    That coffee shop is right in my neck of the woods. I won't have the Seca back together, but I have the XS to get around on. Don't know what, if anything I got going this Monday, though.

    Not to threadjack - but I figure a good chunk of the active MN XJ'ers are on watching this thread

    does anyone have a race removal tool handy for a tapered bearing upgrade?

    I have the front end apart, and will be trying to get the triple-tree race off soon, but thought I might ask if any one has done this and has the tools already.

    The fellow would not go for the deluxe rebuild kit but I have about 90% covered.
    Lower end kits
    Fuel tube orings
    Throttle shaft seals
    Butterfly screws
    Carb hat screws
    Float bowl screws

    Got the 550 carbs almost togeather and found the rubber coated tee would not seal anymore. Going to get a new one and I'll have the bike here soon to install the carbs. Going to check it over and sync if the valves are good and intake manifolds are not leaking vacuum.
    I'll update on progress in case someone wants to stop in and see how this is done.
