not yet should be finishing tonight.. i moved my kick stand forward almost to front of bike frame to make room. its going to be all one piece so may be fun getting on and off but not to worried about it. should sound sick installing a perferted piece of metal in collector to give a little back pressure. but estimating a very beasty sound

well the preliminary welds is done not my best work but is a smooth flow inside. will run a drill with honeing beads when done. now i have to finish all final welds and close up the collector. them also put a small baffle inside collector to give some back pressure. here are some pictures. i will be wrapping exhaust to hide my crappy weld job for sure...

well its done. but need to add baffling to give more back i have one baffle right now in the middle in the shape of a V. Very loud. going to add two side baffles to cause cross interference of the exhaust gasses just after exiting the down pipes.

Ya i could i just need to get the adapter to the exhaust ports. i need to make another one for my bike and get a baffle setup that will allow more persise tuning. But don't know cost took about 6 hours of straight work. I have to find a bushing for the rear so it can float with the engine. so still some work but would make it. will have to do some calculating on the cost. And designing of the collector need to be better. You also have to move the side stand forward and remove the mid stand.

Re: Custom 4 to 1 to 2 exhaust

i believe i have come up with a fix for the low back pressure. i will add a reducer cap on the exit pipe that along with the baffle i added should give me the sound and back pressur needed. i attached the quick fix. if it work i will just weld on to pipe. if i need more i will add a screen that i can add packing to it. Can someone give me the diameter of the stock exhuast holes

That does sound pretty good. I'd be interested in what it sounds like in a high-RPM pass. Say, 7-8000 RPM in 3rd or 4th gear.
