Something I noticed when I was tuning the bike. With the bike on the center stand and in neutral the rear tire would slowly turn when the bike was first started. Once the bike had warmed up the rear wheel would stop turning. Do I have a clutch adjustment issue. Is there a thread on proper clutch adjustment?

No need to worry boys, it's normal due to a film of oil between the gears in the transmission. Note: I edited this after seeing what BigFitz wrote.

With the bike in neutral the phenomenon you describe has nothing to do with the clutch.

You're seeing internal drag in the transmission from cold oil is all.

Thanks guys. Just wanted to make sure it was not a clutch adjustment issue I had.

It's called: "Hydrodynamic-elasticity" - or - "Elastic Hydrodynamics" due to the coefficient of elasticity of the viscosity of the oil.

    Rest assured.

If the clutch is "out" (as in, the lever not pulled in) it has absolutely nothing to do with this.

Clutch adjustment is more for the disengagement; even if you had it so tight the throwout was dragging it wouldn't have anything to do with this phenomenon if the trans is in neutral.
