I have had my share of posts of nothing but questions.

This time I just wanted to post stating how much I appreciate all of the help everyone has provided to me from XJBikes.com. Thanks to everyone for helping not only to me, but all others as well. Believe me, I am working to become more knowledgeable with the right information so that i may be a resource of answers some day.

Also big thanks to BigFitz, Chacal and RickCoMatic! Your help has been invaluable.

Well said - I couldn't even think about fixing my bike myself if it wasn't for the wisdom on this forum. And it would never be worth paying someone else to do all the work needed.

Amen and Agreed, this is the best site I have ever found for repair and maintenance of anything...I have been a wrench turner for over 30 years but when it comes to an inline 4 with CV carbs they can be a little particular. Everything you need to know is right here, and if perchance it's not, all you have to do is ask...

Oh Yea...like their Facebook page too http://www.facebook.com/xjbikes :)

    I couldn't agree more:

My 750 is my first motorcycle, and I've been riding it (regularly) for almost a year now. It's really been a journey of firsts for me. I've had to learn a lot about how to inspect, fix, clean, turn wrenches, and tune this bike, all while learning to ride! Last winter I finally got the carburetors sorted out and was able to commute regularly on the bike--very rewarding, and it never let me down!

This place really is one of the most knowledgeable forums dedicated to a particular series of bike, and has definitely made my "get a really old, cheap bike to fix/learn on" experience much less painful than for most. Not just that, but I think it's given me the knowledge/courage to work on bikes in general, and I'll certainly carry the lessons with me for any future bikes I own.

    Thank you XJBikes.com & members!

Nice plug for the facebook page! I check on it every now and again but nothing ever goes on there...maybe that's telling us something about the average age of members here
