    Are Maxim 750 foot pegs somewhat universal? I would like something a little sleeker and found a nice set that fits an R1 but I'm not sure if they'll fit.

    Not really the width of the attachment point and the contact point varies a bit. but its not all that hard to mod them most of the time. I have gsxr pegs on my 750 seca I had to shim them for width and for where they contact to make them stay level and not sag at the tips.
