    Hello everyone,

While I am waiting for some parts, I figured I would ask a question about a problem I've been dealing with.

I have been having some difficulty shifting down. Particularly 3rd to 2nd and 2nd to 1st. I have to keep the clutch pulled in and keep pressing down on the shift lever to get it. Even then, at a stop light I will try to find Neutral to see if I am really in 1st which sometimes I'm not and then it's the downshift dance again.

Could this be shifter fork issues?

Probably are not getting full throw-out of the clutch when pulling the lever. I have this issue as well (when you do shift, there is a noticable 'jerk' as the tranny engages). I wasn't able to completely get rid of the thump but it got a little easier to find neutral.

I think you may be right. When shifting up from first today, the gears were grinding a bit. Looks like it's time to re-adjust the clutch.
