Hey guys, Im looking to completly redo my xj and i want to lose the mirrors but when I do ill still have a big hole in that spot which of course is connected to the reservoir. Is there many aftermarket options that arent a million bucks? thanks

Go to the hardware store and get a plastic plug to cover the hole. Cheap and neat.

Just put a couple of bullet studs in the holes so it looks finsihed.

M10x1.25 for the left side and M10x1.25 left hand thread for the right side.

no, but I tell ya what's a good place to look for weird stuff like that, and tons of it...any big truck stop with a decent chrome shop...

I used to drive big trucks, and was always amazed at how much stuff they had that would be great to use on a custom bike...and cheap too...

but even if you had to resort to just some chrome rounded head allen screws or something, Lowe's has those in lots of sizes...you'll find something that'll work.

Here's the site that pic came from...
