    4- replace all-spark plugs

    6- something else
    7- cut the back end
    8 make new seat
9- replace handle bars with drag bars
    10- replace tires.
    11- replace breaks.
here is my progress so far hard to take a bike apart with a 2 yo son running around.. any help would be highly appreciated..

You could easily buff out the covers on that motor, dunno about the fins though. You could throw some pods on it too, although you will need some rejetting, im in the middle of one of these projects right now, is that a 81'?

The pods are nice, ivr put about 600 miles on it since ive rejetted and put the pod filters on it, it loses all the "clutter" near the engine, just gives it a smoother look...
