NIce. I like it. What did you do your exhaust with? Paint or coating?

Hi-temp engine paint, on the headers it burns off every couple of hundred miles or so. A buddy told me about a ceramic type paint that is supposed to be good for headers and won't burn off I going to have to try that next.

Looks great Impulse! I like the all-black look. I'm curious about a few things, if you don't mind me asking...

-- Custom rear fender? From what?
    -- Custom fitted rear light?
    -- Custom fitted headlight?
-- Did you straighten the slip-ons downward, or more of a "natural fit" like that?
-- Which slip-ons did you go with? How do they sound?
-- What's the part on the front of the frame, just behind forks?

    Nicely done.

The rear fender is a 7" wide boat trailer fender that I cut down to length, and I used a trailer tail light for the brake light. The headlight is a 7" round offroad light that I bought from Autozone, the slipons were on there when I bought the bike and they looked like that too I just painted them. The thing behind the front forks is my 140db compact air horn.

    Thanks for the complements

Wow, that's a fair bit of custom work. Good job.

Believe it was Rick that just recently posted recommendations on horns, including the Nautilus air horn. If it's one of those you're sure to get the attention of others, and it gets really high reviews.

I definitely need to get me one of those. The color-matched aftermarket horns on my bike look decent, but are worthless as heart attack creators.
