I saw a couple of good things on youtube. But just follow the instructions and be aware that the blue flame will cover a rather large range on the pilot screws--or at least it did on my XJ700. Since I couldn't hear a change in rpm's except at the end of the ranges, I decided to count the turns from the initial blue flame (coming from rich) to the drop off in rpm's at the lean end, and set the pilot screw half way between, then watch the plugs and adjust the pilot screws as needed. Just be sure the choke is off, the engine is warm, and the idle is set. Other folks may have had different results and if so I'm sure they will let you know. Good luck.
