    Can someone tell me if the carbs from a 700X will work in a700N and/or vice-versa?

    Different part numbers (had already looked) but that doesn't always mean anything. I was hoping for specific knowledge.

    No......700-X use Mikuni carbs and 700 N/NC/S/SC (air-cooled) used Hitachi carbs.

    Mikuni Good! do they match the intake boot demensions of the Air cooled bikes?
