crash bars

    Does anyone know where i can FIND SOME CRASH BARS FOR MY 1983 XJ650 MAXIM? I have been looking all over the web and eBay and can't seem to locate any. I'm looking for some chrome ones. I want to put on some highway pegs and the crash bars seemed the logical place to put them. Thanks for your help

    I tried them and all they had were universal crash bars.

    :?: I've been thinking about getting some of these too. There's usually quite a few for sale on ebay that are listed for various Yamaha XJ's but they all look identical (or almost identical).

    Maybe one of the all-knowing all-powerful wizards here could tell us if they are interchangable between the different XJ models? :D I suppose one of us could e-mail chacal if they don't chime in here soon.... he might even have some for sale...

    Think Len has crash bars. Check with him you never know , he comes up with many good used parts too
