fit a 1100 cc yamaha xs 1981 rear wheel on a xj 650 cc

    I would like to swap my rear wheel on my yamaha 650cc maxim 1983. For a rear wheel of a 1100cc yamaha xs 1981. Both driving shaft. The reason his that i am gona put a nef front racer end with a 17 inch wheel and i would like to have the same size of wheel. Can someone tell me if its gona be a perfect match. I am french so i do my big best for my english writting :)

    And you cant just bolt on an 1100 diff. either. The shaft is different, too. You would have to cut the swing arm and drive shaft to switch the end.

    MFFF... His there a 17'' rear wheel made for xj 650 :p
