    how would i switch my glass style fuse box over to a blade style any directions will help thanks

    I got my fuse box from Fleet Farm here in WI...I think it was $12. Also check out Len at XJ4Ever our resident parts guru...He'll hook you up with directions, fuse box, pigtail leads and connection, and I think he supplies the fuses too! All said and done, by the time you collect all the necessary bits and pieces, it's a lot faster to go through Len, and if by some chance you can source something cheaper somewhere else, you'll definitely save time (and money) going through Len because you'll only get the stuff you'll need and he gets it to you fast!

    is there any clear benefit from using blade style fuses?

    Buy a new fusebox. Move wires one pair at a time. I like to solder rather than crimp.
