    Hey guys, getting my 81 xj650 in 2 hours! cant wait to give it a burn.
    im sure ill be needing some help and advice over the years.
    if anyone has any ideas for me, id love to hear! this is only my second bike, and my first yamaha!

    gday john , im in brisbane, one thing i did was get a heap of tappet cover gaskets and a few of the other ones such as clutch cover etc from the states , the local dealer here wanted $91 for 1 tappet cover gasket, plus after all the usual maintanence and safety things ,braided lines on the front gives you confidence to stop in a hurry, cheers , ps good luck
