check your battery. make sure ur terminals are clean. i believe these batteries shouldnt drop below 9 v during cranking. and be right around 12.8 with no load.

Don't fire it up with no exhaust system; you could very quickly say bye-bye to an exhaust valve or two.

cheers guys, will put the exhaust system back on before i try to start it again, hope its ok been trying to start it for days with it off. Have not done a compression test and was thinking if exhaust off it would lower compression. Idid notice the plugs were black , not oily , just turned black and spark runs up and down electrode sometimes and not across gap?.

Black and sooty plugs will not fire properly, clean or replace them. The black is carbon and will " short out the plug" causing it not to fire.
Next is to look into the carbs to find out what the problem is.

Sent you a pm - if you cut and reconnected the pickup wires, they might be the wrong way round.
