I thought there were 3 holes in the plot fuel/air chamber...are one of the holes off set from the cross section?

I'm pretty sure, there's 3 holes in a triangular config. The one should be centered, the other two are on the sides and closer to the needle.

Agreed! And not to b nit picky but perhaps the sync screw should be touching its spring loaded stop. Mine do anyways. Even with the screw backed out. But pristine job otherwizze! I wish I had the ability to do something of this sorts.

Beautiful job!!!!! What format is that? Is there a way I can get the file from you? Is there a way to see the enrichment circuit?

    Re: Number 4 is alive

Very observant, yes there are three holes in the pilot circuit. The hole that the pilot needle interfaces with and two bypass holes obscured by the throttle disk.

The section view in the video is cut exactly on the centerline, the two bypass holes are slightly off center so they are not clear in the section view.

The gap between the throttle shaft adjustment screw and its spring loaded opposing pad is intentional. When the rack is assembled the interfacing next linkage component fits between the adjustment screw and the spring loaded pad. This gap would be closed by the spring only when the rack is split.

Below I have included a picture of the three pilot circuit holes highlighted in a contrasting color. I have also included a photo showing the adjustment screw and spring pad showing the interconnecting next link that creates the gap seen in the 3D model.

Thanks for the excellent observations and comments, I am not offended by the nit picking as you say, the exchange if observations only makes the project better in the long run and I truly appreciate all feedback.

Fly that is some amazing work. All the work I have seen that you have done so far is just amazing. Keep it up, I can't wait to see the finished product.

It was a productive week on the project; I nearly finished the complete carburetor rack. Below is a test rendering, if you see any errors let me know.

Nice touch with the butterfly screws set at slightly different clocking. Now, for the nit picking.....you need to add just a little dirt to make them look really real.
    Exemplary work as usual Fly!

Can't really see from this angle but did you include the holders for the clutch cable and vacuum line? Beyond that absolutely amazing job!
