    In fact this is not the correct emblem. I do not know if it's the same for your bikes, but here the emblem yics only until 1985/86, subsequently DOHC emblem.

    Here in the good ol' USA (and all of North America, I believe) we didn't get any more aircooled shaft-drive XJs after the 1983 model year.

    I say stupid things :oops: (as they are erased since long time I have not often attention to them)

    therefore oil pump side (left) = YICS
    and the other side (right) = DOHC
