Hi, I'm looking for a complete rack of carbs for a 750. I bought a xj750 and long behold someone put 650 carbs on it. so 12/16 jets are the wrong size, and my needles are the wrong size. So if anyone has a set complete set theyll part with for a reasonable price. i would greatly appreciate it. They dont need to be clean, or recently ran, just complete.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to get the right size jets? If you buy a set of 750 carbs, you'll most likely need to clean and replace gaskets, seals, jets and misc. parts. A rebuild of your present carbs will take that as well without having to buy another set of carbs. BTW, 650's and 750's used the same size carbs with different jets, so it would be better to change jets.
Of course it's always good to have a extra set laying around, but you don't have to.

Ive done a bit of digging, I need new main fuel jets, main air jets, and pilot air jets, also the main needles on a 650 are a y10, on a 750 there y13. so were talking $160 in parts to make them what they should be. If i can pick up some carbs for $100 that already have the right jets and needles, I can sell my 650 carbs to recover the cost. Buying just the jets from chacal is my fallback plan. but thats still 90$ and i cant recoop much of that.

Well I hope it goes well for you. My thought was you'd spend 100 bucks on carbs and then have to spend 100 to 150 fixing them. Maybe you'll get lucky.

all im doing is taking the main fuel jet and air jets out of the carbs im ordering, then ill put my 650 jets back into it, and put it on a shelf until i come across a cheap 650 project thats lacking an intake. thanks for all the advice.
