    Nice, great idea. I use metal coat hangers, and leave a small pile in the shop.

    This seems much better.

    I use UV treated zip ties. You can buy zip ties in a bottle of 10000 for $15 here and they work good too. Those things look very interesting and would probably last longer though.

    Old bungee cords with an end missing and/or scrap mains wiring all the way here. the single core copper stuff we have wired into houses here is perfect for jobs like this, free (when it's broken too short, just put back in the scrap bin!) and being ripped out by the mile to change from old colours to new EU rubbish lol

    Whatcho mean by that, mate?!? Just because we buy 30 year old bikes don't mean we're brassic, we're just cannie to use what we got...I think everyone on XJ is a qualified Scot by that! :lol:

    Hm...maybe we should get an XJ Tartan and get Fitz to wear it. I think he's prefer the sash to the kilt tho.
