Earth lead?

    I got a little mixed up putting the coils back on. Do both leads from the earth wire go on the bottom post of the right coil?

    Coil earths are 2 separate (orange + grey) wires running back to the TCI (they're activated by switched earth), the live feed (red/white) to both is also taken from the TCI's ignition live...

    Do you mean the black wires with the brass rings coming from the loom ? if so they get clamped under the coil mounting bolt / s.

    Okay, so each brass ring goes on a different coil mounting bolt? It's just grounding to the frame?

    Just put them on one bolt, the length of the tails will give you a clue.

    Accidental repost? :? thought you'd already sorted it?

    They're just earths, as long as they make electrical contact with "earth" I.E. the frame, and aren't pulled tight to reach, you could bolt them to anything within reason ;)
