The most common cause in a situation like this is probably an exhaust head pipe gasket. If you knocked the #1 pipe loose at the head, it will produce a noise that sounds deceptively mechanical.

Provided it didn't cave a cover in. What exactly got scraped up? Is the ignition cover OK?

Where's the sound coming from? You can take a long screwdriver, jam the handle in your ear and use it as a makeshift stethoscope to help locate the source of the sound.

Did it run while it was lying on its side?

Well I didn't want to suggest this just yet but as you asked, it could be a damaged rod/bearing due to hydro-lock, if the float bowl drained into a cylinder & then you cranked it up...

    As fitz said though
More & better suggestions (and hopefully less doom-filled ones) should follow when we know more ;)

Next plan should be to calm down, stop panicking and read more carefully what fitz told you to try (also quoted in my last post), do that & report back where the noise is actually coming from :)

I guess you're in a panic as you missed it twice lol, don't worry it'll be fixable when we can advise what it's most likely to be. We can't really say without knowing where it's coming from though.

I'm thinking cam chain loose. Going on it's side may have miss set the tensioner. Or was loose already and didn't notice. (or at least is now worse)

yeah i think its coming from the exhaust there's a big dent there from the slip...will that dent affect the performance of the bike?
